"Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry, and narrow-mindedness…

Broad, wholesome, charitable views of men and things cannot be acquired by vegetating in one little corner of the earth all one's lifetime." —Mark Twain, 1857

I found a quote- and I thought it deserved posting. I look forward to receiving the pictures of the first of the last two weeks that I spent in SA with a few friends hiking in the Drakensburg mountains. Will hold off on pictures until then. Also felt the need to share that I am going on a bit of a holiday in Australia for a couple weeks before the fall semester begins-so potentially will have something to add to this blog that has been left in sad disarray.

Sam if you are still reading this silly thing- Old Greg has become a phenomenon here. Thanks to you.

Dude, I totally still read this silly thing. And Old Greg is a total phenomenon here too-we were actually quoting it the other night at Nate's bar and then again Sunday night, in between crying about Juan.

He loved the Old Greg too :)
